Presentation Agenda:
For docketing and legal ops teams, the most important AI skill isn't knowing how to prompt - it’s knowing when to trust, when to check, and when to step in.

This session is built around live demonstrations; real docketing and legal ops scenarios, run inside the tools you already use. You'll see examples of agentic AI tackling everyday tasks like processing a new filing or flagging whether a document is matched to the right client matter in iManage.

This is a collective learning session. The goal is to leave the docketer with a sharper instinct for navigating AI in their daily practice: what you can confidently hand off, what deserves a second look, and where your expertise will always matter most.

About the Presenter

Yaniv Schiller, President of CourtAlert

Yaniv Schiller is the president of CourtAlert. Since 2010, Yaniv has been involved with the company’s products and operation. Yaniv’s experience with implementing CourtAlert Case Monitoring and the CourtAlert Case Management system at Am Law 100 firms and large government entities gives him a unique perspective on risk management, knowledge management and docketing workflows in the modern law firm. Yaniv now oversees the many enhancements and developments across all CourtAlert products with the goal of providing excellent, reliable products to its customers. Recent innovations include using artificial intelligence and case analytics to solve some of the major challenges law firms face today. CourtAlert continues to be committed to innovation and customer service as the company continues to grow nationwide and across all its services.
