Dear Sponsors,
We would like to provide you with some additional information regarding local chapter events.
When an event is designated as a local chapter event, the National Docketing Association (NDA) will be responsible for key elements to ensure smooth and efficient coordination of the event. Specifically:
- Invitations: The NDA will be responsible for sending out all invitations to the intended participants (for NDA sponsored events, intended participants shall be limited to NDA members).
- RSVPs: The NDA will handle the management of all RSVPs.
- Vision of the Event: Please be very specific and clear about how you envision the event so we can facilitate a seamless environment.
This process allows for streamlined communications and provides a consistent approach to event planning, ensuring all local chapter events are executed seamlessly.
